Atty. Lynda L. Saracusa has maintained a local long-term legal practice in the Merrimack Valley for more than thirty-nine years.

She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1977, Ms. Saracusa and has been a member in good standing for more than forty-two years.

She practiced law with her partner, J. Philip Arsenault for twenty years, first in Lawrence, then in Andover until 2003. She now has a sole practice.

Real estate, title examination and certifications; representing sellers, buyers and lenders in various real estate transactions; business law, probate law and administration of estates, drafting wills and trusts, estate planning and Medicaid planning; elder law, guardianships and conservatorships of elders, mentally ill and minors; landlord tenant leases, rentals and property management and debt collection defense comprise the lion's share of her practice.

Atty. Saracusa has worked with mortgage companies and lenders to bring their clients the highest possible level of service. She has closed loans for twenty-three local, state and national lenders in the following counties: Essex (North and South), Middlesex (North and South), Suffolk, Plymouth, Bristol, Norfolk and Worcester.  

A competent staff attorney at Massachusetts Laborers' Legal Services for four years (1977-1980), upon returning to the Greater Lawrence area, she also served as a public defender at the District Court level in Essex County for three years from 1980 through 1983, while maintaining a private practice handling landlord-tenant matters, real estate matters, including assisting property owners converting multi-family homes into condominiums, domestic relations cases and trials, probate and estates and business law.  

From 2002-2004 she was a Volunteer Mediator in the Lawrence District Court Civil Dispute Resolution Program.  

Attorney Saracusa is a 1969 graduate of St. Mary's High School, Lawrence, MA. She received a B.A. in Economics in 1973 from Boston University, Boston, MA. She earned her J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Suffolk Law School in 1976.  

She has been a notary public since 1977 as well as a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker. She also earned a Level One Real Estate Appraisers License.
